first im sorry its kinda long
Hi. I’m a 14 year old hetrosexual male cross dresser. Recently I have decided to embrace my cross dressing. So I told some of my closest friends (girls) about me cross dressing and they said they would love to dress me up as a girl and walk around town and go shopping. I am like 5′ 10" and weight about 160 pounds and a 32 inch waist. I’m kinda flabby and have little gut but Im not really that muscular. I have a (what I would call) a masculine face with short (buzz cut) hair. Now can someone please tell me how I can look convincably look as a girl [as if I were born a girl] (no I’m not transgendered, I’m happy I was born a dude, I just like to dress up as a girl and i have no intention of having hormones or surgery, so if you were going to answer this by saying "get a sex change" your waisting your time reading this then). So could someone tell me what what type of girl clothes/outfits I should wear (links would help). How should I do my make up (links plz). What to do with my hair, what type of wig I should get? What to about breasts (or should I say lack of them) and bras(I don’t plan and don’t want to take hormones)? Also what should I do about my voice (it’s not really deep and cracks alot [thanks puberty]). Finally if anyother cross dressers or females or really anybody In the LGBT group has any tips/ suggestions about mtf crossdressing be sure to include them. Thanks and please no ride/ gay comments
Cross Dressing Shops Archives
Last year I dressed as a trampy school girl and enjoyed it. Used the costume at work all day and trick or treated a couple relatives. I have had thoughts of doing a few things this year. Either:
1. Fully dressing / disguising my self as a female.
2 Being a superhero dressed in female attire.
Tights and leotard / unitard
3. Wear a costume in thought for a female.
Dress as Daphne, Hillary clinton, etc
I like women so I am not gay. But I do like the feel of wearing a skirt, pantyhose and other stuff. crossing the line is kind of nice/fun experience. Thought it was a strange yet nice feeling last year. Therefore I am probably a cross dresser.
Would it be dangerous to do this at work again? If I could pass as a female would it also be dangerous to go out that night and see a movie, go shopping or something?
Maybe, no place near home. So that I’m not discovered. I don’t want to kill my reputation.
Sorry. There was a spelling error on the other one and I didn’t have time to erase it before multiple answers happened.
Actually I may go to an event after work where other people are wearing costumes.
hey im new to this whole cross dressing thing, it started when i was with some chick friends, and they dared me to try on some high heels, in kmart, i was very embarrassed about it all, but at the same i got very excited, they gave me such a rush, it was amazing, and then i came home and my parents were out, so i tried to replicate that rush, by trying on some of my mums clothes, i put on a bra, and one of her dresses, although they were a little big the thrill was amazing, i almost got caught as they came home early, but they didnt catch me, that just added to the rush,
so well ive decided to go out an by my own clothes as my mums are a big, and well are my mums…
but i dont know what to get, i dont have a close friend that i can go shopping with me, because i dont want anyone to know, ill just wear it around the house alone,
so my question is what is good to wear?
i want to dress like a normal teenage girl, but i dont want to sit and watch what they wear, cause thats kinda creepy
so like how to dress
like singlets, skirts, dresses, with flats or heels, i need to know thanks,
also where is a good place to buy, i know my sizes, because i dont wanna be seen trying on, just in get them and straight out
thanks
He slowly introduced me into his preferences throughout our relationship, which I appreciated him not waiting too long. Surprisingly, I am quite the tom-boy and it sounds like he is too. He always seemed to me like a typical "man’s man" until I was exposed to his quite active feminine side.
The question at hand is how to reverse the way he took a particular "insult." I told him this wasn’t something that I necessarily find attractive, but I fully support and encourage him in this. (I shop for him discuss unfortunate societal issues with him.) It seemed as though I insulted him by saying this is not a particular turn-on of mine. There are endless other attributes of his I find irresistible. Should I feel like I am not nurturing his feminine side because I don’t enjoy seeing him in women’s clothes? Is this a legitimate insult to him that I don’t?
Also, I’m wondering if this is something he should be comfortable doing in front of his little girl in kindergarten.
Thanks Pingu IV! You are a very rational person, when I feel I am not. We come from a southern and extremely conservative background and community, which makes a person feel torn from their natural selves and made to be a repeat of generations. (I’m speaking of me mostly, and not him.) Honestly, I’ve been a late bloomer in exploring my own preferences, and therefore thought maybe I missed the sexual evolutionary train that others jump on and off of without regard to social pressure. I value that freedom and thought I had just lagged in the times. Thanks for making me feel like it is still about preference, regardless of whether it’s considered traditional. To each their own.
I would also like to put out there how oddly refreshing I found it while reading my question, that it wasn’t me having a problem with him, but in fact my concern thinking he may assume I do. I feel good that I am growing in my acceptance as I hope others do of me.
Act 1:
The story is based around a character named Johnny who (from a very early age) is visited by a girl who lives inside his mind named Astra. Astra tells Johny she can help him through his problems, but to do this he has to become her (and he can only do this by cross-dressing). Johnny is also raised in a very hateful, abusive, sheltered, and religious environment. He is beaten by his father, taught hatred by his priest (Father Caesar), and sheltered by his mother. As he grows in his teen years, he joins a band and they call themselves "The Fallen Birds." When Johnny is 18, he leaves home with his band to find their fame and fortune. The city they go to is exciting to them, but it is also filled with many dangers. All the while, Astra is still trying to convince Johnny to let her free, but Johnny only cross-dresses in his apartment when no one is around.
Act 2:
Johnny is diagnosed as clinically depressed, and when anti-depressants don’t work, he tries to escape it with the use of LSD. One night, after Johnny comes off one of his trips, he goes to a local coffee shop where he sees a different band playing, fronted by a girl named April. After they finish playing, Johnny goes up and talks with her. The two spend the night out on the town together and they fall in love. April has gone through a lot of the same things as Johnny (clinical depression, abusive father, hateful religious upbringing, etc.), and they share their pain. For the first time in his life, Johnny feels completely accepted. April also helps him get through his dependance on acid. After a while of dating, Astra asks Johnny if April would still love him if she knew about his secret (which is Astra). Johnny believes she would and tells April about Astra. April doesn’t know how to handle this, and she leaves him. This sends Johnny plummeting back down, realizing he wasn’t accepted at all. Later on, The Fallen Birds finally get to make a record which goes straight up to number one. Although the band has become succsessful, Johnny still feels like he is not accepted and still feels empty. Johnny falls back into drugs, and while on tour has meaningless sex with several groupies in an attempt to replace love. A couple years later, Johnny goes back home after many years to visit his mother. His father is also there (since he is out of jail). They welcome him home with open arms, and feeling that they will accept him no matter what, tells them about Astra. In response they tell him to never return. It’s at this point that Johnny completely gives in to Astra and becomes her.
Act 3:
Johnny’s cross-dressing alternate personality, Astra, brings many protests to The Fallen Birds’ shows, on the account of the cross-dressing and that Astra is extremely reckless. One night after a show, Astra goes for a walk and is ganged up on by a group of protesters led by his former-priest, Father Caesar. Astra is beaten and eventually stabbed. Luckily, Astra is brought to the hospital and is saved. As the months go on, Astra comes to terms with how empty his life is and (the night before the band’s biggest gig) takes his life in a hotel room by insuflating cocaine, slitting his wrists and ankles and then lying down in the hotel room’s bathtub. Astra is found the next morning, dead. The album concludes with Johnny/Astra’s funeral.

The overall sound of the album is Alternative Rock, drawing inspiration from The Smashing Pumpkins, Nirvana, Marilyn Manson, David Bowie, The Cure, The Doors, Lacuna Coil, Emilie Autumn, Nine Inch Nails, My Bloody Valentine, Sonic Youth, Iggy & The Stooges, and Pink Floyd.
to answer your questions…. Yes, different styles would be used to show the difference between Johnny and Astra… Although people are more open-minded, there are many that are still not. It’s actually based in modern times. And yes, Shooting Star was part of the inspiration for the basis of the story.
