I say no because there are no clothes that are those of as only for the male gender now.

Yes. Look back into history- there were quite a few women who dressed as men so they could do things only men were allowed to do, and it was cross-dressing. Today, most male clothing is considered unisex, but many pieces are not designed for a woman’s body. If a woman was to dress in male garb, especially that tailored only for a male, it could be called cross dressing, as she is dressing in the garb of the opposite gender.

not really. women can wear pants and shirts now, and occasionally you see women in ties. it depends on the attitude of the woman, though. if the woman acts like a man, grows facial hair like a man, or is transgendered, then it could be considered cross-dressing to occasional passers-by. but strictly clothes-based, no. women are no longer confined to skirts and blouses.
