i know they can take hormones to resemble the opposite gender and get surgery,cross dress ect. but is there a surgery to physical alter someones reproductive organs?

I’m against men dressing as women in general but comfortable with men dressing as women and looking like women, why don’t all the cross dressers in the world just be scientists and develop surgery to switch genders either cheaper or multiple times?

Hi. I would like to cross dress as a female regularly or at least every now and then. The only problem is, i am struggling to find a girl to help me for a once off thing. I cant buy anything because my parents have a strict leash on my money. Can any one give me any advice on how i can pursue my desire please? I dont know what to wear or how to go about it.
