when Scientology is against cross dressing?

Why or why not?

Is it against Christianity for men to wear girly makeup? In the Old Testament it prohibits cross-dressing but wearing makeup is not "dressing." And Christians don’t have to abide by Old Testament laws.
Note: I am doing it to look female. And it is not a fetish. And I am not doing it to look homosexual. And I do not wear women’s clothing or fake breasts so I’m not doing it for the deception either.

Im still a closet cross dresser, but would kinda like to be able to freely wear womens clothing around my house whenever I am home. How can I break it to my parents that I like to wear these kinds of cloths? I really love wearing skirts, dresses, VS yoga pants and velour, thongs and bra’s, and would like to wear it more often, but not outside of my house.
